ReadShore Terms of Service

Terms for the ReadShore website and assistant connection.

Effective October 27, 2026. ReadShore is operated by AIthentic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”).

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the ReadShore website and to the assistant connection, which lets an AI assistant you choose use your ReadShore library. The iPhone App is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA. By connecting an assistant, you agree to these terms.

Connecting an assistant

You need a ReadShore account, created in the iPhone App, before you can connect. When you choose Allow, you authorize that assistant to search and read your saved items and to save links on your behalf until you disconnect it. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and for how you use what they produce.

Each assistant is provided by another company, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control what an assistant does with what it reads or what it tells you. You can disconnect an assistant at any time at readshore.app/connect.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in what you save. You allow us to store and process your content and to send it to the assistants you connect, only to provide ReadShore. Saved articles and posts belong to their authors and publishers. Use the copies and excerpts in your library for your own personal use.

Acceptable use

Do not access anyone else’s library, get around sign-in or the request limits in our assistant guide, sell or share access to your connection, or send automated requests that abuse or disrupt the service.

Summary & Analysis

Summary & Analysis is written by AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against the original source, which the numbered passages point to.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the website and the assistant connection are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AIthentic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the website or the assistant connection. Our total liability for all claims about them is limited to US$100.

Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your assistants or deleting your account in the App. We may change, suspend or stop features. We may also suspend or end a connection that breaks these terms or puts other readers or the service at risk. Ending a connection ends its access.

Changes to these terms

We post updated terms on this page with a new effective date. For a material change, we post it before the date it takes effect. If you keep using the website or the assistant connection after that date, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming. If you use ReadShore as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

General

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.
